Sticks & Stones undertook a research project with world renowned market research company Ipsos to gain a deeper understanding of individual experiences of harmful content and positive change online by asking participants to openly share their stories in a safe and non-judgmental environment. We collected individuals’ stories of harmful content/experiences and captured their understandings of what is required for positive change to deepen our understanding of each other as humans, prompt reflection and to help with the design of tools to help facilitate less harmful experiences online.
