BJCC Masterclass: Understanding Power and Good Conflict in the Workplace

On Thursday 14 November, the BJCC and Museum of Sticks & Stones invite you to our Member Masterclass: Understanding Power and Good Conflict in the Workplace.

The Masterclass will run in working groups, giving you time in a smaller group to ask questions of the presenter that relate directly to you. By the end of the 90-minute Masterclass, Members will have tactics and approaches on the following hot topics.

• Working group 1 - Understanding power dynamics in the workplace
• Working group 2 - Navigating positive conflict with good negotiation and communication skills
